          "I founded Health Fitness Complete in 2010 after losing 125lbs, finishing a two year personal trainer program and then transferring to Central Washington University to finish my Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Physiology. My fitness background includes my own weight loss, working as a personal trainer since 2008 and working experience and internships in physical therapy clinics, certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), as well as management experience from previous employment. My area of specialty includes developing and implementing fitness programs for people with medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities as well as weight loss, functional training and general fitness."

For me, personal training is about more than just training the body--it's about encouraging clients to appreciate themselves, empowering them to set and meet goals in every aspect of their lives, and teaching them a balanced approach to health and fitness."

          "Fitness and martial arts has been my life since I was 12 years old. I have been training in Pai Lum Kung Fu for 10 years and attained my black level 1 when I was 16. In addition to this I have trained heavily in Bok Leen Pai Kenpo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and San Shou. I have also trained briefly in Kyokushin Karate, Shotokan Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Wrestling, Judo and Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Muai Thai, Krav Maga, Capoeira and Bagua.

          When it comes to personal training, I have worked with many different types of people in many walks of life. I have been a personal trainer for 2 years now with about 550 hours of hands on experience. Although my main focus during my training experience has been training with athletes I have been successful with helping many types of clients attain their goals. I attended a nationally recognized personal training school and graduated in the top of my class. I am a firm believer in functional training and bodyweight training. The body needs to be balanced, strong, and stable with its own weight before external weights are added.

          Martial arts and fitness are my life and I will continue to learn and grow as a trainer and martial artist for the rest of my life."
